Way to Go Andy, how did Colin get on?

Be nice to see the all new slim line version Kev, I think I am home all weekend if you fancy a chuck.

Hi Mike,

Thanks it was hard work and not in comfortable conditions (casting up-hill Shock Shock )

Unfortunately it's the UKSF Masters Final on the same day.

Think I'd best dust off the casting arm and get some practice in... haven't managed to touch a rod for flippin' weeks now!

The results for the latest BFCC meeting are at http://www.thebfcc.co.uk/news-results.

We missed you Tony and John.

As Mike Marshall say's the conditions were not the best for serious distance. I was one of the lucky ones that had what breeze there was behind me when I cast, some other's were not so fortunate.

There were several new members who came along specifically for the tuition and poor old Mike was kept very busy all day. I felt a bit (tiny bit) guilty but I had the very important job of sitting in the timing chair all day. Someone has to do it.

A really good end to a seriously good year for the club.

Our first meeting next year will again be at the showground at Newark as part of the Spring Show.

Mike
