Can anyone tell me if these rods are any good as im thinking of buying a secondhand one.
How old are they i.e. when did the sovereign come out?

I would imagine that the rod is at least 10 years old and compared to today's rods would be considered soft action. Hardy rods always command a premium and a good following. Might be a good idea to buy (if at sensible money) as an investment as for sure it won't go down in value.

PS- needs stoppers and original sock if planning to purchase as an investment.
