Over the years I have tried various 'fishing' super glues and nozzle / brush applicators with various results before I stumbled upon 'Bond It High Viscosity Superglue' on ebay.
I don't imagine the superglue itself is any different to other makes but what set it apart for me is the nozzle that dispenses the glue. It incorporates a retractable nipple that allows you to dispense the amount of glue you want then seals itself with a simple twist of the sleeve You then just have to wipe the excess off for a perfect application next time
No more tubes setting when they are still half full or spilling pots of glue over my tying bench. I bought the superglue on the right around 2 years ago and it was still perfectly usable until it ran out so I have just bought another slightly larger amount for £4.85 delivered. Not as cheap as the stuff from the Pound shop but it should keep me going for the next couple of years and it remains fresh and stays where it should, in the pot.
Just to confirm I have no connection to the seller. Just happy to flag up a product I have found useful and that has stood the test of time.

A good recommendation Alan.
I use the stuff from the pound shop, 4 tube for a £1 and I make a little stand for it
Not sure about how you use it, I put a small amount on some paper and use a needle to apply it to the tying process.
I will have a look on ebay.

I put a small amount on paper too, or apply it direct with the nozzle according to the type of fly. Many excellent flytyers go down the Poundshop route and you won't beat them on price, but if you prefer high viscosity (thicker) superglue in bottles, the Bond It bottle design takes some beating.
