Despite the Templedog style and turbo heads being all the rage these days, the Simple Black and Yellow tube remains one of the most effective back end of the season flies when the water is clear.




Tubes: Plastic, Copper, Brass in lengths 1 to 3 inches
Thread: Black 8/0
Tag: Oval Silver
Body: Black Floss
Rib; Oval Silver
Wings: Quartered Black and Yellow Bucktail tied in separately to surround the hook (do not mix the colours) with a couple of strands of
Krystal Flash under.
Head: Black
