Two lakes - approx 5 acres & 11 acres - just off Jct12 M4 offering Catch & Kill and Catch & Release. Usually closed for several weeks during Summer. Bank fishing only, no wading:
Haywards Farm
Both lakes are usually crystal clear, fairly shallow with grassy, reedy margins. Plenty of interesting bays and well maintained surrounds. High quality rainbows and browns available which respond very well to buzzers. C&R lake is a favourite of mine as it offers challenging but rewarding fishing:
Take your credit card along as the Sportfish Reading Unit is on-site at this fishery! |

Am thinking of heading to Haywards @ the end of the month to fish the C&R lake. Has anyone been there recently and knows what's working? |
