I broke my favourite old Orvis 5 weight last night (when a BW ranger drove over it when I stupidly left it on the track)
With the guarantee the like for like replacement is the TLS Power Matrix, but I can top it up and get the Hydros.
Is it worth it?
God bless guarantees.

Ooh - my new Hydros arrived today. What a pretty thing. Its obviously aimed at tackle tarts They seem to have paid a lot of attention to the design of it. Lools like it should be in an art gallery. Even the rod tube has an unusual snake skin finish and is more triangular in shape. |

Hi Dave,
Hope you enjoy the Hydros, I've had a 10'-0" 4wt Helios for the past two years can't fault it
Are you still coming over for that Teifi break?

Hi Bill. I love it already and haven't even fished with it.
I had one evening on the Teifi before we had to cut our trip short due to an illness in the family. I hooked something briefly, but didn't see what it was. A few head shakes and it was off.
Lovely part of the world - I will be go back for sure.
