Hey Mark, I have to say Bass fishing as it's done in the summer and the warmer it is, the better they play... 
Float tubing in 75-80 degree water, the sunrise and steam coming off the lake.. a deer-hair mouse at the edge of the lilly pads ... BOOOM.. a bass explodes and scares you daft... (OR daft-er in my case)
I just had Spey Casting lessons yesterday.. i'll send a link when the pics get posted.

Please tell me Anne Widdecome still isn't in the SCD??... 
And as far as throwing-themselves-at-the-flies.. maybe you want to come over WK and show me how it's done then!..

It's a 7 hour flight to Toronto, I'll pick you up. Bass Season Starts End of June... bring t-shirts, swimming stuff, sunglasses, driving licence and i'll see you at the Airport Mr P. pip pip...
