If it would boost numbers and it wouldn't be too much hassle for Ifor then I see no problem with delaying it by a week. What do the others think?

I'll be down for at least one day with a boat, preferably the Saturday, but will confirm later.

I missed last year but won't miss this one.

Although I cannot change the dates on such short notice I do not want to spoil the fun for others.
So, if there are sufficient numbers for the original date I will come over,
if the alternative dates will bring more people I will have to pass on this year regretfully.

No problemo, since I have not booked anything so far.
We will wait and see, OK?

Cheers, Hans

Can you add me to the list for Friday+Saturday please Ifor not sure a week extra will really help all that much this late in the game.

As for food well I might be able to sort this one....
I've had a word with my brother who can source enough food for us all at fairly short notice.... If I was to arrange to bring 1 decent Steak, 1 Burger, 1 sausage with bread rolls of course and a baked potato each night for under £10 per night for Friday and Saturday evening would people be happy with that? If people want rabbit food, sauces etc or anything more fancy then they'd have to sort it themselves... It's not that far away from the normal thornton menu from what I remember anyway?

Let me know if you would like me to go down this route and I will start the ball rolling or not as the case may be....
Paul.

Do we have a list of attendees Question

I could sort some BBQ food out and don't mind being the "TONG MASTER" Razz

Either date is good with me.

I can do either weekend.

A list of attendees would be a good idea.

I could do either date and can also help source food (local farm shop) for all if needed.

Hi Chaps,

Have created a table! Have also added my Dad for the day on Saturday (if thats OK?). If by a miracle, we are oversubscribed, I can remove him to allow another forumite in his place. The Alt Date Availability (24~26th) is to show who is flexible with dates.
Hope it helps!!

Hi all,
I must say it's a sterling effort by everyone on regards to arranging food etc.
I won't be able to move dates as I'm not even confirmed for the original dates yet(see other post).
I really hope I can make it as there are a few people going who I haven't met yet. It's also been a while since I have seen some of the older faces so fingers crossed in regards to days off from work.
Mark
