Nothing wrong as it showed a link.

However, if you use the YouTube Link Insertion Tool (its not really called that but I like it) on the toolbar of the post editor you can paste the URL into that and lo and behold it should appear embedded in the finished post as advertised! When you check the text you'll see the URL surrounded by the TouTube tags.
