Probably the wholesale price that Snowbee et al pay - but would you really want to to buy direct from China. You just might have some difficulty if they leak and need replacing Rolling Eyes

Just noticed that they say breathable BUT not waterproof Smile

That had crossed my mind but not being waterproof, I may have to enquire further that's a great feature for waders!
