I am always being told how Pike, Perch, Zander, Chub and others eat cray fish but I have never seen any evidence of it.
Judging by the amount we have in my local lakes and rivers I doubt they do, but I do find when lure fishing casting around the cray fish traps is often productive.
I guess some research is called for.
