You can tell I am getting bored
I am thinking of trying some crayfish flies on size 12 jig hooks with a tungsten bead to try for perch and trout maybe.
There are lots of U.S patterns on YouTube but I think the clip below would be a good one to RIP off. I like the idea of chenille pinchers and maybe a larger chenille body.
I am not sure how many trout reservoirs have crayfish in them (Farmoor does not) but the canal does and the perch love them.

What do you think / any tips?
