Blondie its a kodak dx 7590 5mp ,dont think its made any more but you can get a similar one the Z712 with a higher spec (7.1 mp) for about £170.the 10x optical lens is very useful and the camera itself is a doddle to use I usually go fully auto but its got the usual overrides and scene settings and the video isnt too bad on it either just got to be careful as it isnt waterproof, cheers Geoff

cheers for all the pics guys, some really moment capturing ones that bring back memories!

this season started very well for me, with several large fish in the net in the first month and a lots of smaller ones! i didnt get out as much as i wanted to, i gues that what hapens as you get older!

i broke my pb trout twice, the first fish was particularly memorable as it was a gusty day and i was on ash trees with my "imative hat" on. i was only casting a short line, and swinging it round. i picked up the fish mid retrive and it gave a super fight. The second fish was caught on a barrow mouse off the top at the blagdon competition i got it smoked and its in my freezer now! Also caught on the barow mouse on a sinker wich was great fun as i hadnt done it before.

Met up a few times with diferent people this year, and enjoyed fishing in your company every time Smile

see you on the 21st...... gona dig out my trout poppers for this one Laughing

HI Guys, If anyone is free on Wednesday night this week and not to far from Redhill Social Club (about a mile past Bristol airport , Church Rd. Redhill, 1st right past Cole motors and 300yds along on the right) Martin Cottis, the well known guide at Bristol waterworks is giving a talk and fly tying demonstration at the Bristol branch of The Fly Dressers Guild. We hope to get started around 8p.m. so get there earlier so that you can get a drink !

Please p.m. me for further details
