Increase the Bass MLS to 45cm

Talk about a curve right round Common sense, ... wow lets increase the size limit just by a little but not enough to make any difference cause the poor things still havent matured yet and then surprise surprise reduce it again. Lets hope they get it right soon and realise how important this is.
